We have purchased an LG led tv on Oct 2011. In march 2012, the tv failed…. We asked the LG service center to replace the tv…. They didn’t listen to us and said if any issue arises further they will replace the tv.. And they just replaced the tft screen (which is main part). We got that repaired tv on April 2012.
Recently, in April 2014 the LG led tv failed again so we called the LG service center….Their technician came and checked and he said the problem was the same which occurred earlier. For repair, they asked Rs.30000/- to replace with a new part….
If the LG led tv (5500) are failing like this for a year. It’s a waste of buying such low quality goods which works for only one year. We complained about this to LG …they are not taking any responsibility regarding this issue they are burdening us for their low quality product. We have complained but there is no necessary action taken regarding our issue.
Please Suggest us, what can we do now….
