Fake promise to confuse and suffer CUSTOMERS by MTS

I got msg on 18/05/14 saying on recharge of Rs.9 I will get 100 +100 Local + STD msg and additional 25 msg. I recharged on 18/05/14. But I did not receive the additional msg and made complain. They said after 72 hrs of recharge you will automatically get the balance. But still did not get the msg balance. Complained again on 24/05/14 with complain no. – MAY/127210. And the say now that I can not get the balance as my number was not chosen for the offer. Why is so.. then why they sent a msg describing a offer and said to recharge!! They answered you should have complained within 72 hrs..again they said you should have confirmed from us before recharge!! Is it the TRAI rules say..!!
