Deduction of inappropriate balance at the caller’s end

Hello team,
My name is Ashutosh Tiwari (9313686719). I am using Reliance CDMA service from last 5 years and really not happy with recent service.
When someone calls to me, balance is being deducted from the callers phone account. I’m not being notified about the calls too. By this, I am loosing my so many important calls.
I regularly try to be in touch with the Cx care team but the IVR rolls here and there and I am not connected to the CX care team.
