Airtel Customer CCE/CSR and Appelette Authority is not listing to my Comlains

I`m currently using Bharti Airtel Ltd`s Airtel Mobile Connection from past 1 week. Before this connection, I was using Reliance`s Mobile Connection but then I switched to Airtel in hope of getting better services, My sim was activated after 1 day of submitting my Details.

But from the very first day of my sim`s activation, I was having a problem, Actually whenever I try to make a call, My SIM`s towers disappears and a message started displaying saying “Out of Service” or “No Service”

Then, I contacted Airtel`s Customer Care via E-mail that they had provided in order to contact them and report any problem, I messaged them all the details regarded the problem I was experiencing, In spite of replying the message by the CCE or CSR, an automated message system replies my message saying “Sir, Your details has been recorded, we will be back to you soon” and below that a name of CSR displays saying “Regards”.

I was not even able to call them so I took the phone of my friend and called Airtel at 198 and told them the details, they said that “Sir, it will be a fault we will be back to you soon Thanks” and finished the call. Then after 1 day of that call, I got a message from Airtel saying Sir We found everything OK on your number , So enjoy the services by Switching your cell off and then On it. everything will be ok, but nothing happens.

Then 8 days ago, I mailed to the Appellate authority of Airtel in Jammu & Kashmir and told him about the problem I am experiencing, then after 1 day, I got a mail from him saying We will soon look into the issue,please cooperate with us. Then I thought that it will be ok, But from the next very day, the problem starting existing and then I mailed him again, He didnt replied, then I again mailed him, But he also did not replied it.

Its now 1 week and I mailed him back yesterday evening explaining everything but he had not still replied to any of my mail. And when I ever try to contact Airtel`s 198 Customer Care then their automated system replies to my male by saying “YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED WE WILL BE BACK TO YOU SOON”.

I am really fed off from this, No one is replying my mails or solving my problem. Airtel is not giving good customer service and is now making fake promises of new offers and other things, MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE PLEASE DON`T CHOOSE AIRTEL IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER SEEN
