I am using tata docomo service with no +91-9602603538 of Bhopal. circle….
I had lost. 100+ Rs from main balance unfairly by the company.
The actual condition was as – I had Balance about 12 MB internet data
that time on 22/05/2014..At night
I checked 23.05.14 Morning 9.00 am remaining data starts to reduce my
balance from main balance
even after I had not use in download…..
After 10.30.am I contacted to costumer care (121)& According to Discus
With Mdm Pinki Sharma , Mr Sachin & Mr Gourav. but he could not give
me satisfactory answer& not co operate….he asked me that due to
Intern ate Browsing
Data browsing this charge had been taken……..but actuality was that
I not use internet site…….
My demand to you My main balance deduction to add to my account
immediately. Same problem do not solve in previous month so i will be
sub meet this case in consumer court against your company.
Kindly take forward step regarding this problem…….
