I am a Vodafone postpaid customer (9999159599) on a 3G Plan. In the latest bill I have been charged twice Rs. 99 (total of Rs. 198) for some download – “shotformat_dwnlp_9” (on 23rd Apr and 19th May).
I called up the customer care to understand the charges and was informed that I have downloaded some application. When asked for the details, customer care had no clue about what was downloaded. I’m 100% sure that I have not made any such downloads and I am being overcharged by Vodafone.
Have been a Vodafone customer for almost 5 years and think its time to switch to other services providers. I have already got my UPC and if the matter is not resolved I will be left with no other choice.
