I booked Agarwal Packers n Movers on May 3rd and they assured me that I will get the goods by May 5th ( atleast by afternoon) reason stating they wont drive at nights and hence our goods will be safe. As there is vary good name for Agarwals I accepted that and I paid 28,526/- including taxes for Covered and separate truck. They sent 2 people, initially these guys did packing well as the time passed, they started packing hastily. They never used bubble wrap that they brought with them, instead they asked us to provide newspaper to wrap crockery items. As only 2 people came they were unable to manage by 6 pm also (they started work @10:30 AM 3rd May’14) and work went till 9 PM. They were very reluctant to pack as they did initially. Once all goods got loaded to truck I noticed that its filled totally. I dint get any call even by 5th May and after continuous calls from my end, I got response from them on 6th May and once they opened truck I was shocked on seeing it. Earlier they loaded the goods and those almost filled the truck and now I could easily notice the goods are arranged to half of the truck and its very clear that they shared the truck. And to clear my suspicion, I got goods which doesnt belong to us( water filter). I demanded explanation and driver said this is common for us. Now the scene is to carry the goods to 2nd floor and these guys used lift for most of the part and i noticed that single person carrying iron almirahs. and at the end, they asked me to sign on it for which i rejected as they shared the truck. Thats it, those guys dint arrange cots, aquagaurd etc which they dismantled before loading and started telling me that tomorrow carpenter and electrician will come and they just left. NExt day I realized that they mis-carried the goods and there is a break on the tiles which are attached to the lift and society people charged me 1500/- . I called the person from hyd(where I loaded the goods) Patil – 9392222708 and he started telling its all Pune Agarwals fault and he will raise complaint on them. But as a customer thats nothing to me..though its Pune or Hyd agarwals fault for me its Agarwal Packers (DRS) group who failed to do their job and they have to give me money back for the following reasons:
1) they took amt for full truck and they shared it,
2) they cheated a customer
3) they did damage to the goods for which I paid,
4) they did arrange the goods for which they charged me.
Later I happened to see this site and I came to know, many people suffered/ring like me. IS there any way to cut such frauds????
