related to many transfer in other account without permissions of account holder

I’m the polytechnic 2nd year mechanical student and my problem is that my scholarship is transfer in my college without my permission by the panjab national Bank. My account is open by the college and my signature is not mine which is fill on the account form and my account passbook is not provide me by the bank and by the college.so m anable To take my mony and I have already fill my tuition fees in my college rather than my mony is transfer
Sir after that event bank and college is not provide correct information about this.
The Name of the institute is edify institute of technology। farah mathura and pnb branch also in farah.
