FRAUD BY CLEARTRIP

I’ve used online travel agents frequently and have not had any problems until recently when I decided to use ClearTrip for a booking. I had selected a flight time of 10:00am, but when the confirmation E-mail came, I was shocked to notice the departure time of 16:45!! I called the customer care number and spoke with one Mr. Rohit Parker, who was not only rude and clueless, but also without any solution besides charging me penalties. He kept saying the same thing again and again that it was for their IT team to investigate and only if they found that the problem existed would they be able to refund the penalty. Obviously, the IT team would never own up to its mistakes and clearly they did not wish to admit their mistake. In any case, I had to pay the penalty for cancellation since I want my booking to be done for the flight I wanted. Please beware of the Cleartrip. It’s quite contrary to what its name suggests, unclear and cheater! It will definitely take you for a ride…
