I am Pravesh Jha from Mumbai. I airtel no is 8108800594. I was port this number from IDEA for Internet connectivity. I was facing problem from first day and also inform to customer care team tro please disconnect this line or convert this into prepaid. but after several days i got call from airtel that they will send executive to convert this no. postpaid to prepaid. but nobody came. Then i again called to customer care to please closed this line because i cannot use data service from your side. they reply it will be closed within two days. but after two month this line is not closed. then i was stopped bill payment. now i am getting thread from 022 43532400 that he will arrest me.
Please reply me without service anybody will pay a penny. and another thing is in my area no airtel connectivity. This is cleared by one customer care executive. Then how should airtel charged any bill for customer
