I am ‘Sonal Pathak’, a registered customer (Cust Id: sonal80236) of YOU Broadband (Pune) for internet connection.
I have a complaint against YOU Broadband that they are not providing a service for logged request for internect connection not working.
Following is the story:
My internet connection used to go down in the morning from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM everyday from 26th April, 2014. So I had logged multiple requests and made a multiple calls to YOU Broadbadn customer care (Contact No: 96656 78787). Those requests are not yet resolved. After that from 12th May, 2014 my internet connection is down and I had logged a complaint on 13th May, 2014. I got a response that my request will be handled in 24 working hours. But it is not yet resolved. Also, the technician to whom my request is assigned, is not picking up my phone call. It is very urgent and necessary for me to have internet connection working at my home. Inspite of calling mutiple times to customer care of YOU Broadband, I did not get any response as yet nor my request has been resolved.
Also, I tried calling their ‘Branch Office, Pune (Contact: 020 – 6644 2700)’, ‘Nodal Officer, Pune (08805 529678)’, ‘Appellate Officer, Pune (08407998484)’, but of no use. Either nobody is picking up phone or mobile numbers mentioned are not in service.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.
