Harassment by HDFC BAnk

I had applied for HDFC CC couple of times but was never issued any.
Now I am receiving calls stating that there is an outstanding of Rs.85000/- against CC
If i was never issued any card how come there is any due amount?

They have now started calling to other members of my society stating that they are calling from LIC to deliver some document.

This is un necessary harassment and mis use of documents provided at the time of application which they never return.

Support require in closing this on priority
