i am a freelance translator from Hyderabad. I translated few documents from English to Telugu for a translation agency based in Bangalore. They contacted me through a e mail. the rate was fixed to Rs.0.70 per word. It the typing part is involved the rate is Rs.0.75/per word. After mutual agreement, they sent me the works and I sent the output according their requirement. The amount due to be paid to me is Rs.22,500/-. In spite of many requests, they are not responding me to my mails or phone calls. How can I register a care against them for non-payment.Where to register a case i.e. in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Please suggest appropriately.
