Deduction of balance

Dear sir/madam, I am a user of tatadocomo..my no is 8791480484. 101 rs deducted from my main balance due to net surfing but still 15 mb data is remained in my account..how it is possible.. I have called customer care many times but they didn’t help me.. If balance have to be deducted from main balance then what’s the use of data packs… Due to this I have also face from many problems…because at that time I was in train and I have to call someone emergency..but due to deduction of balance I had suffered many critical conditions.. Pls help me.. And give some warning to Tata DoCoMo that they will never do it again and stop making people to face any problem.. And help me so that they return my balance..
