I am a subscriber of the TATA SKY services and in the last 3 days i have been speaking to almost 6 people in their customer care centre and although a complaint has been registered, without even coming to the residence, they have closed the no. and deducted a sum of Rs 150.00 from my account. I have to now register another complaint which is yet to be completed, and there is no sign of these service people. I have sent a mail to the help line of TATA Sky hoping some disciplined person would read and sort the problem out. I have my doubt on this!!!!!! Hence I am sending this note to you, to help me get this problem sorted out????
