I am using Tata Docomo up west sim my no is 7417759954.i had a balance of 102 and a net bal of 70mb 3g .i didn’t have downloaded any content and I was just surfing ..suprisingly my 102 Rs have been deducted and 8 MB is still in my net bal …the customer care representative is saying me that I had used multiple site which I hadnt if my net bal is 8 MB then how the deduction of 102 Rs is there …pls take an imeediate step to return my balance
