recharge in gsm prepaid

sir i am virendrasinh jadeja. i use reliance GSM prepaid number 9558248007. In recharge 26 Rupees in 08/05/2014. but not in my number arrive balance. i call you in reliance customer care, but they are not satisfy answer. so please check my issue.
