ebay such a name in online trade , has proved me wrong in my recent experience. i bought a HTC one X plus from the site and got a damaged , used piece. i am trying hard to get refund for the same .but i am not being received properly by the ebay staff. my paisa pay claim id is 486061. hope consumer forum helps me in this. the name of the seller is optimistix cellular. this is the first step i am taking against you. hope you attend me right now.
