my set top box is showing -you are not authorized this service please contact customer care

My Add- A-47 street no-1 navneet vihar khora colony ghaziabad 201010
Cable Operator- Pramod (P.K. Operator) lokpriya vihar khora colony ghaziabd
cable operator contact no-9212139734

My set top box is not working since 5 days box showing-you are not authorized this service contact customer care
My area’s cable operator said that company not accepted this set top box because of company said that box is not of company
I have also complaint customer care but I do’nt have any solution from company
till now I have no solution from company or cable operator

Please registered my complaint and take action against cable operator and den set top box
