NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM IRCTC’S ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL. Do not shop from IRCTC online shopping portal. They will cheat on you first and then, if you complain, they will offer you to pay back though their e-wallet which is a paid service and you cannot withdraw you money from there and shop further from it from IRCTC.
I had purchased 5 cushion+mug sets. Instead of cushion, they sent me cushion covers. When I complained, with photos, they advised (which was like an order) me to send the items by my own cost to them and then I have create an e-wallet on IRCTC and then they will refund my money to there. To maintain e-wallet, I have pay more money every year to them. Also, I could not withdraw my refunded money there e-wallet, I have to buy things with that. Means, again they will send me false items and again they will refund me through e-wallet and again I have to pay for maintaining an e-wallet and I have buy things from IRCTC. And these thing will keep on going for ever.
