Complaint

Dear Sir,

I have a customer of Vodafone last two years. Presently I use the Post Paid connection. I got the connection in Up East but Presently my job transferred in Delhi so i want to transfer my number in Delhi Zone but when I call to customer care they told very rudely & directly said that the number had not changed in Delhi. Then i went to Vodafone store in Rohini Branch but there were also not attended properly & the Sales Person directly told that they did not help me.

Presently i have no time for that & I also complaint to consumer court for that cheating & the company make the people fool.

So i want to close my a/c but the vodafone care not accepted.

Please do the needful ASAP.
