SIR/MADAM
I AM USER OF AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE WITH SIM NO. 9794476417. ON 12 APRIL 2014 MY NET CONNECTION WAS ACTIVE AND I WAS DOWNLOADING SOME CONTENT FROM NET AND ALSO BRAWSING FROM 23:44 PM . AND AS PER CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES IT WAS DISCONNECTED AT 12:00:21 AM. AND TOTAL DATA USES WERE 2388 KB FOR DOWNLOADING AND 680KB FOR BROWSING. WHICH WAS FOR ALL THE 17 MINUTES. I TOLD THE SAME TO THEM BUT THEY DID NOT RESPONDED TO ME ALSO THEY REFUGED TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ,2 TO 3 TIMES THEY REFUGED TO ENTERTAIN ME. AS PER STASTISTICS 95% DATA WERE USED BEFORE 12 :00:00 AM. BUT THAY HAVE CHARGED RS 31.80 CHARGES FOR DATA USES FOR WHOLE PERIOD BY SAYING THAT THESE DATA WERE USED IN 21 SECS.
