price hike in cigarettes in bangalore

Since last week without any government orders most of the shops in bangalore have hiked the price of cigarettes especially the ITC Brand
cigarettes like king, etc. Packet the old price remains. There was no notification from government side or in news paper that the public are aware about it. 8 rs per cigarettes is now 9 and half pack cost 45 and full packet 80, many retailers are selling in this rate when the original price in packet remains 75 rs. small time retailer says the dealers are not supplying to retailers in old rate.
