Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a tablet(model number WS802C-2G) by Penta BSNL from Snapdeal.com in March 2013. In December 2013 it stopped working and I was unable to switch on it.
I given it for service on January 11, 2014 and till date (April 4, 2014) I haven’t got it repaired. I am continuously calling them but their customer care always replies that it is under process. It is almost 3 months and it is still under process. Still they are not confirming me any date by when I can get my tab repaired.

Please suggest my what can I do in this case.
