Complaint goes unheard against MTNL Broadband

I have MTNL Telephone line and Broadband Connection. In the month of march broadband stopped working and didn’t able to work on internet. I called in the customer care on 12th march 2014 and they said that there is problem with the splitter. Whenever handset is in use than only we able to access the internet otherwise it is unstable. They said the splitter will be replaced in two days. But after some days nobody has came to resolve the problem. We are very much frustrated about this service and in the end of the month they charge full for the broadband. Authorities does not response and not working with responsibility. I have called to Senior officer Mr. Avedhesh Kumar in east Delhi and but nobody picksup the phone. After that I mailed them about this problem and still there is no response from the office.
