I have a Tata Sky connection for the past 7 years. Last year I subscribed for HD recording. I have been facing issues with my HD recording box since then. Tata sky team had one replaced my new HD recording box with an old box within the first year of subscription. I am currently in 2nd year of my HD recording subscription, and once again i have been facing similar blackouts. I have within a span of 1 week complaint about “pairing error”. The first time it took tata sky approx. 30 hours to resolve my problem. Today again the same problem has reappeared. The tata sky call centre has no answer to why this problem has occurred again. They have not been able to resolve my problem.

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.
