axis bank customer care not response due to lost of my debit car complian

dear sir
i have lost my debit card last month so i have applied the new debit card through the application form fill up from my nearest branch irungattukottai but still now i will not get my new debit card.But As per customer care procedure with in 10 days they will deliver the card. i have more than 10 times called the axis bank customer care service but they are not response properly.i have totally struggled with taken my salary .BUT AXIS bank customer care service they are not taken the seriousness.so pls help for me to resolve this issues
