ALLIANCE BROADBAND PAIKPARA AREA DOING WORST THING

I live in USA, and my MOM,DAD and my brother lives in 10 Umakanta Sen Lane, Kolkata 700030 address, NORTH PLAZA, They are using Alliance Broadband internet connection just to communicate with here so far through Skype, but the dealer in that area named “BABU” and BARUN” actually not providing the service very well, they recharged the internet last time on 23rd of February 2014 for one month against 561 rupees, but in the system they updated the expiration date as 3rd of March 2014, which is only 10 days, when my MOM saw that she complained to BABU and he told that it will be fixed soon, and now today is 5th March 2014, they called and told that we have done something wrong, or not provided some payment and all, but that is not actually the case, we have the receipt also, they came to my house to collect the money on 27th of February that time also my MOM told BABU to fix that expiration date, and now she is not able to use the internet and when we tell them that in some month 10 days because of your connection problem we could not use the service that time also they charged the full amount, this is a general practice by them now a days, for 30 days my family cant use it for more than even 10 days, whenever they check they see that the internet is not working, after putting 10-12 calls to them they fix that. My family are not that much into computers so they do not understand all the problems, they complaint me about that, I also called the broadbnd team from here, but no action has been taken. I hope this forum would be the right place to get the solution. Thanks.
