Sir,

I had ordered some product from ‘100bestbuy’ on line shopping portal on 21st Feb’14 but till date I have not received my order(ref. no. Ref. No. 28304525).

It was very disappointing when i tried to track my order after providing the ref. no.28304525, it goes to “Delhivery” web site and then they asked me to provide consignment no. which till date I have not received from ‘100bestbuy’ end.

For your info. i have checked my email id as well as mobile for the consignment no. but it was not there.

I am afraid to know that ‘100bestbuy’ people should provide me consignment no. first then only I can track my order. Despite this fact ‘100bestbuy’ people have not provided the same so far and keep me waiting like a fool for the product. Lastly, I called on ph. no.080 67536400 to talk the issue with ‘100bestbuy’ for the same and again I had to wait for a long time and phone was disconnected.

Please help me out.
