I have purchased an Airtel 3G dongle with Advanced rental plan for 6 month on new connection (9910903598). Two weeks has gone but 3G does not support on this connection. I used in UP West Hapur area. When i talked to customer care, they told me that your problem has been resolved but at my end issue remains same. Due the lack of technical information, customer care executive does not inform and they are not trying to listen about the issue. When i want to talk to the senior person, they transfer the call to some other guy but he does not respond to my call and call going on hold.
I am getting frustrated with this type of service by Airtel.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
