I had ordered some grocery item at mangoshoppers.com, this was my first experience at this site.
This website serves only in Delhi area and I have given dilevery address at GOA, the website shall refused to take the order as Goa not being area of Service. after waiting for 2 days when i have called customer care I was told that my full amount will be refunded and I will be getting my credit in 3 working days. let me tell you that the website is run by some Mudit shreevastav ( got his name on truecaller) and he is inviting people to do the mistake by not showing area of delivery at delhi.
when i have tried to contact this guys over phone, he refused to pick up. I was forced to chat with him over whatsapp where he was continouslly telling me that my payment has been processed for refund an i shall wait for 10 days.
now today its 13 days since i have ordered and following up with this guy and nothing has happened.
please avoid placing the order on mangoshoppers.com, its a cheat site.
I will ensure that this message i will give in maximum websites so that people can be saved from being cheated.
