I have bought a Flat in Moti Residency, Raj Nagar Extn, Ghaziabad from M/s Techman Buildwell Pvt.Ltd having its office at G-1354, LGF, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi-19, Contact No. 011-26270344, 26271613 contact person Mr. Manas Ranjan.
I have booked this flat on 10.02.13, at that time the building is constructed & finsihing work was under process. At the time of booking company has told me that the area of flat is 1275 Sq Ft. The price is negotiated on lump sum basis & company offered me letter of allotment. As on 17/12/13 i have received a letter from the company subjected offer for possession. It has a annexure attached to this mentioning that super area of flat is increased by 60 Sq. Ft i.e area is become 1335 Sq.Ft from 1275 Sq. Ft.
On the receipt of this letter, I have ringed to Mr. Jakir Sales Manager at Site to whom i have negotiated he had told me that i had nothing to do in this matter you will contact to Mr.Manas on this matter. On the contact to Mr. Manas, he has told me that the area mentioned in allotment letter is tentative.When i have asked him that at the time of my negotiation building was constructed than how is the area was increased. When i have asked Mr Manas for approved drawing or layout consisting the original area & revised one but he will not providing the same. Still he had sent me mail for demanding the balance payment including the intrest.
After several reminder on phone & on mail nothing has been done towards the approved layout or drawing & now he is blackmailing me.
