Purchased a 32″ sony ravia from Snehaanjali, Vasai and also a videocon d2h pack on 08.02.2014.
The tv got deliverd and installed after making 7 calls.
Videcon d2h connection was promised to be delivered today, but its not yet delivered and now telephone calls are not being attended to.
despite telling them that i am a working woman and this is the only day i have, there is no reply from their side
