I am Reliance GSM user from Mumbai, My Mobile Number is 7666120878.

complaint 1 :
Rs.21 Local Voice Pack active in my Number two time (1 st time on 16.01.2014 and 2 nd time on 17.01.2014), They two time charge rs.21 from my mobile.

Complaint 2:
I active caller tune on 16.01.2014 that time they deduct Rs. 15 for Song download charge and Rs. 30 for subscription charge, but on 19.01.2014 they again charge rs.15 for song download even i not do anything or not change the song.

Complain 3 :
when i call to customer care from my mobile they cant transfer to customer care. when transferring i just here the voice that ….for more details logon to Rcom.co.in and call will disconected.

solve this all complaint immediately
