Expired Products Sold

To the concerned,

This is to bring to your notice that yesterday we purchased a few items from your Ambience Mall, Gurgaon outlet. The bill no. is 3068/S-77249 dated 18.01.2014. To our shock we found out that two of the products i.e. Extra Virgin Mineral and Bronzing Powder honey are way past their expiry date.
This also explains the reasons their lipsticks too smell badly and don’t spread within a year of buying them. They too must be sold after they have expired.

I was a regular customer with Body shop and trusted this brand without doubts, but now have taken a pledge never to buy any makeup product from you guys as you don’t maintain business ethics.

I am submitting both the products along with the bill details in the consumer forum .
