I ordered a kurta from Bharat Plaza and specified custom measurements. They wrote back and asked me for my measurements. A few weeks later, my product arrives in Bangalore, and it is three sizes too large (a standard XL or XXL) and the tag with the kurta manufacturer and size is neatly cut out with scissors. No attempt has been made to customize it and they are trying to palm off defective or seconds as new products. When I wrote to them, asking for a refund they did not answer my open ticket for four days. I called on the phone and they said they will ring back and never did until I had to call again. This time they said I should send them photos of the product and then they will decide what to do. How can they tell the size from a photo? Also they agreed that I can return but I should pay the courier charges for their defective product. Completely ridiculous. Inferior product and worse service
