I made a recharge of Rs.156 (for 1GB internet data) on my no. 8302963972 owned by myself, Manisha Bhati, on 4th January. Data of 850 MB was deducted on 10th January that was not even used by me. I lodged a complaint at customer care on the same date by complaint no. 214848550 and was assured that my balance would be refunded back in 48 hours but it was not so.
It has been 3 days and till now I have not been responded by Reliance and my data balance has not been refunded yet. My exams are ongoing and I needed internet access that is why I made the recharge, but in present situation, it is of no use and I am suffering at its cost.
I was not assisted properly by the customer care executives. My call was disconnected several times on the name of it being transferred to higher executives. The higher executives also talked to me rudely and one of them, in fact, himself disconnected the call at my face yesterday.
This is not the first time this has happened. Every other day balance is deducted on the name of false activation of value added services which I did not activate. On contacting customer care they say that it had been mistakenly deducted by them and then they refund it. I have to call and repeat the same every now and then.Regularly my balance is deducted for one reason or the other.
I have been agitated by the inconvenience that I have been facing since I purchased this no. I want you to see into the matter and act accordingly as soon as possible. Also kindly ensure that I do not face any such problems in future.
