GETTING MONEY AND NOT SHIPPING ITEM

Hi,sir,my name is ibad, i have placed an order at infibeam.com on dec 14 for a samsung washing

machine- Samsung WA80E5LEC/TL 6.0 K ,order id -12248115 .expected date of shipment was on dec 26

but they didnt shipped it . i conatcted them many times and each time , the give me fake

promises like it will be shipped in 2 days ,3days etc. 5 days back i got a mail that they will

ship by dec 11 but they didnt. now today dec 12 ,still no updates.infibeam.com has took my money

and not sending shipment .they are fraud company . plz resolve my problem. thanks. some proofs
