My Name is Madan Mohan, I have bought a celkon c7060 mobile on 27/05/13 from M/s Visakha Communications, Vizag, in Andhra pradesh. From the 2nd day, the mobile is getting hung up while on calls and I am unable to end the call. Hence I had to switch off the mobile phone. I went to the Celkon Servicing station, on July 05 2013 ( I have enclosed the copy of the service report) and got the phone.
From the very next day, I am repeatedly getting the same problem. Because of my busy schedule, I went again on September 13 2013, to the service station for the same problem ( I have also enclosed the copy of the 2nd service report) . Again they did something on the mobile and gave it back to me with cracks on the screen glass. When I refused to take the mobile, the servicing engineers advised me to go to the dealer who sold me this mobile.
I went to the seller who is M/s Visakha Communications and explained them the situation. The dealer was so rude and their staff along with 2 street rowdies, were literally attacking on us, stating that their responsibility ends after the sale. Till today, nobody contacted me on this, and the mobile phone is still lying unused because of the hang up issue.
I request you to please help me in this matter and also to file a complaint in the consumer forum about the pathetic service after the sale.
Also please help me in advising me how to proceed further on this issue, along with the criminal nature of the owner and the staff of the dealer M/s Visakha Communications. I wish to go to any extent in this matter, because, even my wife and son were also there where the dealer’s staff was behaving so rude
