BLACK MARKETING MOVIE TICKETS,RS.10.TICKET COUNTERS NOT OPEN AT ANY SHOW.

Dear sir,
In moosapet chandrakala,shasikala,lakshmikala,sriramalu theaters low cost ticket Rs.10.(it raises to Rs.20) counters are never opened for any show any time.all tickets are black marketing cost of Rs.30 and more as per demand,they didn’t provide even one ticket at counter,every time it closes,theater management doing such lot of fraud for more money earnings,
Yesterday i go to movie at chandrakala i stand for 45 min.at counter,they didn’t open Rs.10 counter.i asking for manager they said not available at this time,all tickets are selling black from back,and finally i returned to home.
Not only in this area most of the theaters in Hyderabad running with lot of black marketing fraud.
Theaters toilet facilities too much worst condition,we can’t enter into toilet rooms,most of the people doing in outside due to bad maintenance.
CONCERN AUTHORITIES PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS FRAUD.
