G Broadband – Internet Connection

Hi All,

Have taken internet connection from G-Broadband (Bangalore), 8 Mbps paying monthly 1151/-

Half of the time the internet connection is down.

And since last 5 days the internet connection is not working from morning 7AM – 14:00 hours. When i call the technician, he don’t pick the call most of the times and never calls back as well. If i try him from another number, he immediately picks up the call. The technician and the service desk team keep saying that the engineer will visit in 1 hour but never visit the location. This is the 9th instance within a month. Every Saturday and Sunday, until 3:00 PM, net goes down since 1 month. The service is ridiculous and pathetic.

Can anyone take proper action against them?
