I had never applied for new credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 7248 was against my old credit card num 4317-5750-2703-0122 then how can you issue any card without pre information to existing credit card holder.
I was not aware for this new card and suddenly received call from your credit card team for outstanding amount.
When I never apply for any new credit card against old credit card.I had not received any card and this mistake had been done by your credit card team.Hence I request you to please settled this outstanding from your end ,I will not pay any amount.Last call I have received from cc closure team(01146407429 Mr Mahendra) and he insist me for settlement the case in Rs. 29000 against o/s 102000 apprx.He was saying that you have to pay the amount to settle this case otherwise your CIBIL report will never good.His wording was that “Yeh govt. bank hai aur iska rule diff hota hai pvt. se. Agar galti bank ki bi hogi to bhi customer ko hi pay karna parega otherwise bank ka kuchh nahi jayenga customer ki CIBIL report kharab hogi aur tension rahengi”.I have been helpless b’coz nobody is helping me.
I never received any correct solution from their end then I have to report for the same.B’coz this is fraud and mistake done by SBI Credit card team.
