My Name is Nithya Rani I bought Samsung s Duos Mobile on April 24. After purchase I didn’t use for 3 days. From April 27th I started using it. But its automatically gets restarted for many times frequently. It was in my native I don’t have any service centers there. So I was not able to give to service center immediately.

I have called to customer care my complaint no is : 8453001697. They told me to give the mobile in nearest service center. Below is the Complete address of the Samsung service Center where the handset has been submitted.

I gave in Samsung service center they told it will be a software problem will update the software it will solve your problem. So I gave my mobile in service center within 1 hr they updated and gave back to me by 1:45 pm. again the same problem started from 3 pm. so immediately went and gave back to them by 5 o’clock. They told it may be a motherboard issue give it to us will change the motherboard and give back to you by 27th.

I got my mobile back. I putted the sim around 8PM. But the problem not solved. Within 30 Min again the problem started.
28th June 2013
I gave the mobile in service center. They told they need to check give me 1 more day time. I gave it to them and came.
29th June 2013
I went and asked what happened they told, need one more day time we are not able to see the problem. I told give me 1 hr mobile to me I will show you the problem I sat in service center for 1hr and showed the problem. I asked give me a replacement for this mobile because the problem keeps on coming. They told it may be a power button problem so give me we will change the power button and give it to you. Then I told them I need to talk to your manager they gave a no to call I spoke to him.
I have explained the same story to the service center manager he told give the mobile in service center I will get and check it he will get the mobile on Monday and will give the mobile back on 4th July 2013. I told them I have given the complaint in customer care before I am getting the confirmation from don’t change any parts in my mobile.
I asked them Kindly do the replacement for the mobile they are told we can only service we can’t do a replacement. Service center people are continuously changing the parts in mobile. Mobile is only 2 months old in that past 8 days mobile is only in service center. Within 2 Months below things done in mobile.
1. Software Update
2. Mother board replacement (2 times)
3. Power button problem so changed it (Today 4th July 2013 I got a call from service center people to come and collect the mobile)
I have registered the compliant in Samsung customer care on 29th June 2013. They have told within 2 days we will give you the solution.
1st July 2013.
Customer care people called what’s the problem I have explained them they told 2nd you will get the call from higher department.
2nd July 2013
Again customer people called and verified the pin code. I asked they told higher department will call you.
3rd July 2013
I didn’t get any call from the Management people. So night I called to the Customer care they told it’s in progress tomorrow surly you will get the call from Management people.
4th July 2013
I didn’t get the call until afternoon I called to customer care they told within 2hrs you will get the call from management people. But I didn’t get any call. Meanwhile I am got the call from service center people telling that we have change the power button come and collect it. Even though I told them don’t change anything they changed my power button.

I got mobile back on 6th . Because of Davinder Deep Singh confirmation. he has told me again problem won’t come. Also you has given me the 2 months extended warranty on the same date. Also services center people has spoiled my mobile back cover.

Davinder Deep Singh told me that go and meet service center people they will change the cover and give. But the service center people told me that we will replace the scratch guard and back panel but I need to pay half of the amount. Then I told to you If you tell this is the solution I will go else I don’t need.
Aug 1st 2013
Again mobile got restarted 2 times. After that once in a month it will happen I thought its fine instead of coming and fighting with your service center people and your customer care people. Any way if I call or complaint I will get frustrated because of the struggle I went through in the past 1 month.

But on 28th dec Mobile again getting restarted for 10 Times.

Before 11:30 AM it got restarted for 15 times. Then I called to Samsung customer care people by 11:32 AM I spoke to Radhika. She given me the complaint no 8454855900. This is same as my old complaint no. She told within half an hour I will get the call from the Main office. I have waited until 12:32 PM. But I didn’t get any call from customer care. I have waited until 12:32 PM. But didn’t get any call back from samsung.
12:33 PM Again I called to customer care I spoke to Arun. He told me today higher official are not available so we can’t connect you. You will get call before evening I am not ready to trust him I asked him to connect at the same time he connected me to Amar who is the Supervisor. He told to submit in service center they will check the mobile and will give the solution. But I told I need to talk to you before submitting. He is told tomorrow afternoon before 12 PM he will call be after talking to you. But I don’t have trust on you customer because of the experience which I have. Can you please provide me the solution for this.
Above is the detail of problems what I went through. Can you please tell me how to proceed with this
