Complaint again Executive Avinash (9818557558, 0120-4112320), Airtel Solutions, C/0 SB – 103, Jaipuriya, Sunrise Plaza, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Hi, I have contacted in one of your Airtel shop and was entertained by Mr. Avinash (9818557558, 0120-4112320), Airtel Solutions, C/0 SB – 103, Jaipuriya, Sunrise Plaza, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I have take Number portability from him from Vodafone to Airtel and he has assured me that it will be done in 5-6 days, but when it didn’t happened, i again tried to spoke to him and he talk to me in a very rude manner and even misbehaved with me in front of other executives. When i said that i don’t want his services, he returned my documents and money by saying that even he don’t want to give services. Still after that he didn’t stopped the process and continued it. Now my services from Vodafone has been stopped and i have lost my Rs. 400 amount. Even now also he is not ready to sort out my problem, not ready to do anything. I don’t have any number as just because of him my Vodafone services has been stopped and air tel services are not activated. even i have loose my 400 Rs. amount which i want back. second thing he has misbehaved with me and insulted me. i want this to be resolved as soon as possible. As neither vodafone people nor Airtel people are solving my problem and i am the only one who is suffering due to this.
