Deduction of all internet data by Reliance

I have recharged my Reliance number (8287503062) with 1 GB internet pack of rupees 156 on 10-12-13. i am using Reliance connection in Ghaziabad (Delhi Connection). i have used internet for one day & open only 2 -3 site but next day there was no data in my account. on contacting customer care they say that “they don’t have any details of internet usage but there is no internet balance in your account”.
Kindly take proper action in this regard
