It has been over a month I am facing the network issue on my Tata photon plus number 9282203652.The complaint was first opened on 17th November 2013.Despite my repeated calls ,the network issue wasn’t resolved .I opted for cancellation then and after that my complaint was not even entertained. On escalating the issue (after calling 40 times I was connected to the supervisor).I was assured that the complaint would be resolved. I did not receive any response for so many days. Mentally harassed, I had no option to opt for cancellation but I was assured that the complaint would be resolved because of which I took my cancellation request back.
The complaint was closed on 4th December .But again I got the same issue on 10th December. On making calls again wasn’t getting any positive response. The technician came again and told it’s a network issue and the time of closing the network complaint is infinite. Then I opted for cancellation. As usual my calls were not transferred to supervisor. On calling 20 times, I was connected to a supervisor and I wsa told that the company cannot do anything the network issue. Since it is a network issue I need to go and use it somewhere else.
I need the following clarifications:-
1) Isn’t the customer entitled to know the status of the complaint when he has filed for cancellation? If I have to pay for the days till it is disconnected why I am not entitled to know about the status of my complaint.
2) Why do I need to call the customer care every time? I called more than 20 times and all times the supervisors are busy and I didn’t get a single call back from their side.
3) Is there any terms and conditions according to which I have to change the place if I am not able to use my device due to network problem.
4) Incase the company cannot provider services at the place I am using it, please send it to the mail .On repeated requests I did not get any mails.
5) Whys should the customer pay for the services that he has not used? If there is a network issue, I have to change my place everytime. It’s been 2 years I am using at the same place .But now I need to change the place.
6) Why isn’t there resolution time for network problem?
