Please note that dishonor of any of these cheques as indicated above or any missed payment would make this repayment plan null and void and authorized us to re-debit your account.

The above repayment plan would stand null and void if the net payable amount is not cleared within 24 Hours from the date of settlement.

A penalty of Rs. 500/– will be charged in case the cheque returned unpaid due to any reason what so ever.

And today, I recieved a call from a lawyer that, I should present myself in court and pay 24000 as recovery.

I am totally upset with this kind of phone after payment and confirming the same from Agent Mr.Girish Sharma(9212106667). I want to complain about this with the authority. Even after payment if we receive such notices, what is the use of using their services.
