I have given Rs. 150+180 for new prepaid 3G sim to retailer in marathahalli in bangalore. It has been 20 days its still not activated. He is giving all nonsense reason. His number is 9663017770. Please tell me what to do. He has not given me any receipt for that. What should I do? Please reply ASAP.
