This is to inform you that on 20/11/2013, I received a billing mail from tikona billing department stating that bill amount is pending worth Rs. 1549/- and due date is 03/12/2013. I just want to tell you that I have already paid the full & final settlement amount 02/09/2013 worth Rs. 875/- and Transaction Id 324597331731, I received an acknowledgement mail on 03/09/2013 from billing team regarding the termination of my account and also stating that F&F has been clear from my side, nothing has left to pay to you. This is totally unprofessional the way they are behaving with customer and keep on disturbing regarding the payment even after everything has been clear. Regarding the hardware handover is also complete and I have given all the working hardware to the executive on the day of connection removal and I received a CPE removal letter from him. I am very much unhappy the way they are working and keep disturbing me on calls regarding the hardware submission. I think they dont have any proper communication between the executives and local dealers to get the proper updates from them and that?s the reason why they are keep on calling and checking. This is totally ridiculous to see their work. Please note that I have sent them scan copy CPE removal letter that I have submitted all the hardware to the executive. WO ID: 3919084 and person name is, C.M.Reddy and date was 10/08/2013. I have spoken to you regarding the matter on payment, talking ID/request ID: 1-2953911743 with an executive named, Ankit Kumar. I have explained that I have submitted all the hardware and share the removal letter with you and towards this I don’t have any amount pending to pay. As per the executive, everything is clear and nothing is pending from my side. As per our discussion over a call he suggested me to ignore the legal calls which I am getting From a person Named, Mr. Arun (Mob: +919024858325) stating that a case has been registered in the name of mine at Delhi patiala court against this payment of Rs. 1500. As I don’t have anything to pay further, I have checked with him that I don’t have to pay anything and can ignore this call of that person. Mr. Ankit assure me that this problem will resolve very soon next 24 hours since he forowarded this issue to higher & concern authority to Aparna Trivedi to take of this matter. This is my humble request that Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible cause this type of issue creating problem and confusion. I have also requsted Mr. Ankit to send me an written conformation mail regarding this matter with the mention of all clearence from my side regarding the payment issue which I will be getting within 15 days according to him and also he advised me to wait maximum 24 hrs to resolve this issue and will also solve the call issue from Mr. Arun from Delhi. So, I found the matter solved then since Ankit asuured me and he told I will receive an updated mail from their side stating the payment is clear nothing pending from my side since I have submitted all the hardware to the executive with a proof of removal letter which I have shared with them in a mail. In spite of all this they have sent me a legal notice yesterday with Service ID No. 1103927252 & Billing Account Number. 115251217, this is total a unprofessional work ethics. please try to see the matter and resolve this problem.
