I had taken the connection and paid three months advance rental of Rs 2055 for 5GB/Month unlimited plan.
During these 3 months, around 15-20 days my internet was not working and I have logged complaint in the customer care on the 1st day of facing issue but resolved after 15 days.
The billing department called me and told that they will give the necessary waiver after bill generation. The bill is suppose to generate after 3 months (after advance payment months gets over).
When the bill gets generated, I again called the customer care for getting that waiver but this time they denied (inspite of taking the complaint again). The executives who attend calls at customer care and who calls us for our complaints seems illiterate and don’t help. They told rudely that they will not give any waiver. I have immediately shared this concern to their helpline at [email protected] but they didn’t responded to me.

Regarding Billing Complaint # 383060341
This has not completed yet. Their fraudaulent nature still continued when they sent me the bills even after termination of services.
They finally sent me bill of Rs 2479 . Imagine this is the bill which I got after service termination.
Tata Docomo has unprofessional executives which I experience. Their customer care 1515 has no technical assistnce. They simply take complaints and call back after 24-48 hours which is not acceptable.
I do not have much expectation from docomo to reply me since I have experienced their unprofessional behaviour already.
I have emails with me which I sent to their APPELLATE authority (i can show if required) and even this appellate authority is unprofessional which do not respond to customers (atleast not to me which I observed).
